CCCRN pays Technical Advisory visit to HFDI, Households in Akwa Ibom Communities

The Center for Clinical Care and Research Nigeria, for the purpose of accurate implementation, assessment, and capacity building, made a compulsory Technical Advisory Visit (TAT VISIT) to Hope for Family Development Initiatives and Households enrolled in their project. 

This is part of the monitoring and evaluation strategy of CCCRN for projects implemented through organizations in Akwa Ibom communities.

The CCCRN team duly monitored and assessed, Program, Monitoring and Evaluation, and Finance units of HFDI, and on the thematic areas, they looked at and assessed: Community System Strengthening (CSS), Care and Support, Nutrition, and Household Economic Strengthening (HES). 

Other areas observed are Gender Norms, Homestead Gardening, Review of Beneficiaries who participated in Cash Transfer and Start-up-kits, Health Informatics, and System Strengthening (SI). 

CCCRN also checked Data Usage on Child monitoring, Household health and Status assessment, Step Forward on how to Link positive Adolescent Children to Vocational training, Folders Sorting and Audit, Cash books Assessment, Payment Vouchers assessment and Payee’s tax Assessment, among others.

Similarly, the CCCRN Team visited households in the community at Mbiotto 2, Etinan Urban 1 and Ikot Eboe, where the status of the enrolled beneficiaries was interviewed, and assessed.

The assessment conclusion was that they will provide small scale business start-up kits and Vocational/ Skills acquisition to the children living with HIV (CLHIV) in the households. Also, Gaps and Challenges were identified, and necessary solutions were implemented.

Furthermore, the Center for Clinical Care and Research Team at the TAT VISIT applauded HFDI and also commended the staff of the organization, they were encouraged to keep up the good work.
